DATCC Chess League R7

Three new players registered in the DATCC Chess League yesterday. They are Lim Zhou Ren (X-Factor), Justin Ong (DATCC) and Tan Ken Wei (Caviaga). All three won their respective games. DATCC lost 2.5-1.5 to Price Water House. Justin crushed Chew Yaw Chong while Yat missed many opportunities in his game against Frankie Lee and ended up draw. Unrated and also Klang Open champion Ong Thian Loon defeated Tan Jun Feng. Halindah Ruslan too missed the chance to draw with Cheah Cheok Fung and ended up losing on time.

First Saturday December Series champion Izz Saifuddin managed to win NM Edward Lee. Unfortunately, Nusa Mahkota lost 3-1 to Caviaga.

Team Tan & Tan lost 0.5-3.5 against X-Factor. The game between IM Tan Lian Ann and IM Mok Tze Meng attracted many people. It was a crucial match between Q+2B VS 2R+2B. IM Mok successfully won the game. Kumar Sri Shiva drew his game against old timer Chan Mun Fye. Lim Zhou Ren and DR Paul won their game respectively.

Team AU won against 17 Chess Club 3-0.
