All players with a rating of 2200 and above (for Open) and 2000 and above (for Women) can participate in the National Closed event with FREE entry.
The condition is confirmation must be received before 9th March 2011 - 1 week before the event is scheduled to start.
After the deadline, the entry fees for these players shall be RM50. The rating shall be based on both January and March (coming out soon) official FIDE rating list so, a player who is above the threshold in either of the rating list, shall be allowed for FREE entry.
